J1去美国公派一年，需要在这边先体检好吗，翻译成英文吗，体检有哪些必需的项目？
J2是8岁孩子，需要英文疫苗证明，不知在哪里开？需要公证吗？孩子需要体检吗，

据我在美国的同学说Because your son comes from China, she need you son get PPD test ( tuberculosis test ) done here in US. As far as i know, if the kid had 卡介苗 done before, his PPD test will turn out to be positive. This happens to a lot of Chinese students, like me, I was PPD positive. A chest X-ray was done to find out everything is fine. If you know your son will be PPD positive, you need to be prepared that he has to take a chest x-ray. if they suspect anything wrong on the x-ray, your son may have to take 6-month (? may be shorter)  anti-tuberculosis medication.


听上去很麻烦，而且貌似孩子需要照胸部X线片，请问过来人有什么经验可以借鉴吗，比如在国内的医学证明或者以前的胸片可以吗
